9. Anissa Jones (Age 18)

Anissa Jones was best known as Buffy Davis on the classic sitcom Family Affair (1966–1971). She also appeared alongside Elvis Presley in The Trouble with Girls. Her adorable on-screen presence made her a child star icon of the era.
Anissa tragically died at 18 from a drug overdose involving barbiturates. A doctor was later arrested for illegally prescribing the medication. Her death underscored the dangers young stars faced after leaving the spotlight.
